About these terms
These terms govern your use of the NOURISH service and website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
NOURISH is operated from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Our contact email is hello@benourished.me.
Ordering
Order window: Orders open each Sunday and close at midnight on Tuesday. We cannot accept orders after this deadline — production quantities are fixed and preparation begins on Wednesday.
Order confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and NOURISH.
Minimum order: There is no minimum order value, but orders are available in set sizes (Duo, Family, Feast).
Changes and cancellations: You may amend or cancel your order before Tuesday midnight. After that deadline, we are unable to make changes as production has begun. To cancel, email us at hello@benourished.me.
Collection
Collection location and times: Orders are collected in person on Friday evenings, 5:00pm–7:30pm. The exact collection address will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Missed collection: If you are unable to collect during the window, please contact us before 3:00pm on Friday. We cannot guarantee alternative arrangements after that time.
Uncollected orders: Orders not collected without prior notice will not be refunded.
Food and allergens
Ingredients: We use high-quality, whole ingredients. Our menus change weekly. Full ingredient information is available for each week’s menu.
Allergens: Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles all major allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from trace allergens due to shared equipment. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Storage and reheating: Our food is supplied chilled and should be stored in a refrigerator at or below 5°C. Consume within four days of collection. Reheating instructions are included with each order.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards.
We reserve the right to adjust prices with reasonable notice. Any price changes will be communicated before the relevant order window opens.
Refunds and complaints
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection at hello@benourished.me. We handle all complaints on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to resolve issues fairly.
We do not offer refunds for orders not collected without prior notice, or for issues arising from incorrect storage or reheating.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products, failure to follow storage and reheating guidance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or by email.
