Everything you need to know.

Getting started

You choose your box size, order any time between Thursday and Friday midnight, and collect your food Friday evening or Saturday morning. Everything is batch-cooked fresh that week, packed chilled, and ready to heat in under fifteen minutes at home.

Every week features four mains, two power bowls, and a selection of add-ons. Your box size determines what's included — Solo gets two mains and a bowl; Feast gets the full edit. See the menu page for this week's dishes, and the box tiers for full contents.

Not strictly — you can order week by week. We're working on a subscription option with skip-anytime functionality, which will come with a small weekly saving. We'll let the waitlist know when that's live.

Ordering

Orders open Thursday and close Friday at midnight. We can't accommodate late orders — production starts Friday morning and quantities are fixed. If you miss the window, you'll be in good time for next week.

Each box comes with the full weekly edit scaled to your size — we don't offer individual dish swaps at the moment. Custom selections are on the roadmap for a later phase. If a specific dish isn't right for you due to an allergy, please get in touch before ordering.

Yes. Simply don't order that week — there's no commitment unless you're on a subscription. If we introduce subscriptions, skips will need to be submitted by Wednesday of that week.

Collection

We offer two collection windows: Friday evening, 5:00pm – 7:30pm and Saturday morning, 9:00am – 12:00pm. You'll choose your preferred slot at checkout. We'll send a reminder message the day before.

Not at the moment — we're collection only. It keeps the food fresher, removes the courier variable from an already tight cold chain, and lets us keep costs honest. We're building the collection experience first; delivery may follow.

Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do what we can — contact us here. We can't guarantee availability outside the slots, but we'll always try to help.

The food

Most dishes keep 4–5 days chilled from collection. Each dish has its own specific storage note — you'll find them on the prep cards on the menu page. Fish dishes tend to be shorter (3 days); slow-cooked mains and dhals often last the full five.

Every dish has a full allergen list on its prep card on the menu page — click "View Prep Card" on any dish. The 14 major allergens are listed where present. If you have a severe allergy or need more detail on a specific ingredient, please email us before ordering.

Yes — every week includes plant-based dishes across both the mains and bowls. We design menus with a balance of meat, fish and plant-forward options as standard. Dishes are clearly labelled on the menu page.

Some dishes freeze well — slow-cooked mains like ragus, tagines and dhals are particularly good candidates. Others (fish, bowls with fresh elements, pastry dishes) don't freeze well at all. Each prep card notes whether a dish is suitable for freezing.
